Demi Lovati as the new face of Topshop?

Topshop is a very well-known UK clothing chain hoping to open their first LA location soon....maybe using the former-Disney teen singer/actress Demi Lovato? They have never used a celeb before (with the exception of the gorgeous Kate Moss, who also designed for the store) and really want her as the new face of the Topshop. She says she loves the brand and is looking at figures, but nothing's for certain yet. I personally love Demi Lovato. I think she's one of the few people who were associated with Disney actually carrying some raw talent. Her voice strikes amazing chords (that if I were to attempt at, windows would break and shatter and fire alarms would go off) and she isn't trying to be anyone other than herself..which I find is a GREAT message to send to youth nowadays, considering all the tumblr-perfection and striving to be skin and bones with flawless everything. I would definitely still love the brand if she were to work with them.

Is it just me, or is there something a little off with this? I mean, don't get me wrong, she looks GORG! Maybe it's the fact that I'm so used to her as Serena from Gossip Girl... I don't know. I'm not sure what it is. But kudos to her for doing Gucci! It's about time!
